Aloha Travis, The BLNR doesn’t stream the Zoom. Testifiers are let into the Zoom meeting when the BLNR gets to the agenda item they’re testifying on. The BLNR moves the order of the agenda items around at the beginning of the meeting and sometimes moves them again during the meeting. The only way to know when an agenda item is being discussed is to watch the YouTube livestream. Often it takes several hours of waiting for the opportunity to give two minutes of testimony.
They just began the stream in zoom so that was nice of them. I feel pretty disgusting listening to this meeting. I'm sorry for you having to deal with this. I have no idea what is going on here, it looks like they are just using public funds to acquire land and restrict the public from using the land we helped pay for. It's really confusing.

The way they talk is nonsensical. They are saying a bunch of words but seem to say nothing.
